We have 3 Plans:
  1. Four (4) color process printing with Stock or Custom Sound(see below): 500 minimum to unlimited quantities. You provide artwork and we print, add your specified sound, and send to you completed and ready to mail.
  2. Digitally Printed Cards with Custom or Stock Sound (see below): Great for 100 to 1,000 pcs. You provide artwork and we print, add your sound, and send to you for final completion. Completed in 10 business days from approval of art/sound.
  3. Bridal/Private Party Invitations: Great for 100 to 500 pcs (sometimes more). If your needs are simple with a simple photo and wording inside a card and you wish to add sound, we can assist you or we can refer you to an artist who will design, then print, add the sound you select, address, mail, plus include response cards – you select what you specifically need – all made to order from start to finish. You can pick from our list of sounds or provide one of your own ( we do not accept licensed (commercial) music unless you receive licensing right).

Allow 2 days for virtual proof and an extra 2 days for a physical proof plus shipping time.

Production Time: 50 to 750 is 3-7 Business Days
751 to 1,500 is 7 to 15 business days (1-2 weeks)

FREE PHYSICAL PROOF
We do a prototype for you free of charge with your order (takes 1-2 days) – we ship on your fedex/UPS account.
SETUP FREE CAN BE WAIVED IF:  If you put our website (www.cleversoundpromotions.com) on the back of your card, we will waive the $75 setup charge.
Production Time:
3-7 Business Days in most cases (sometimes much faster  – depends on quantity and how busy factory is at the time).  For large quantities (over 750 pcs), we need a little more time but can ship out partials as completed.  We ship via UPS and shipping is extra.  We can also ship on your shipping account.

MORE VALUABLE  INFORMATION

1.  Check out www.findsounds.com or www.sounddogs.com, There are other sites that offer sound files – A *.wav file is best – we can also accomodate an Mp3.  We will test the sound before going into production to make sure it sounds good on a sound module.
2.  Professionally record (contact us for audio info).
3.  Contact Chris at chris@goodcheapvoiceover.com (visit his website at www.goodcheapvoiceover.com).  Mention to Chris it is for a sound module – he usually charges $30-$40.
How to properly make a greeting card for the slide tongue module?
  Cards must be made specifically to hide the module. Please contact us for a template.  Postage is extra – First Class Postage currently costs (as of 6/1/11), $1.71 (it is considered a package because of the rigidity and thickness but check with your post office to see if they see things differently than my post office)  for a 5×7 card – one of my clients said her post office said it was .84 (non-machinable).  So each post office seems to interpret the postal rules differently.  Note with whom you spoke with when bringing your order in – in fact, bring it to that person (the one that gives you the best rate)!  You do not want them to go through the Post Office cancelling machine because the sound module might get damanged.  We also recommend you stamp on the envelopes – “Hand Stamp Only.”  Avoid regular stamps and use metering or an indicia if possible (or you may be able to use stamps.com or print postage off the USPS website).
