You send us a drawing by fax or email and we will give you a firm quote on your item and desired quantity. If you like the quote, give us a purchase order with the details for your sample. |

We give your drawing to our design team and explain to them coloration, size and detail. |

The designer will create a pattern, cut it out in fabric desired to creat a three-dimensional toy. This process will continue until we feel it meets your specifications. |

We send you the finished sample for your review and presentation to your client. We will make minor changes to the sample at no charge. |

Give us the go-head to start production on your item by returning the sample along with your Purchase Order and deposit. Allow 6-8 weeks for production and 4 weeks for shipping by sea to the USA, or one week by air. |
*For a customized sound, you must purchase a minimum of 5,000 pcs. If you only use a portion of those, we can save the rest for future orders but you must pay for the entire batch of sound modules.
*We also have some stock sounds available – cow moo, or horse sound – with minimum order of 1,000 pcs of customized plush toy. .
